Depends on the school and course, Courses like Architecture, Medicine and Law don't require Discharge Cert as a pre-requisite for admission. While many private Schools like Covenant don't require it at alll for admission into her M.Sc programs.

They said another list is still piling; the list you r seeing now is for those who registered before Oct 3, the forthcoming list will be for those who registered before Oct 12; did you listen to the DG's speech on NTA?? Anyways there is still hope provided you registered before Oct 12
