I don't think its a wise decision. We don't want some people to use it to justify accident.

Is it possible? Is it even safe? Was there enough enlightenment? These are the questions rummaging through my mind.

That's the thing. Its not safe. I don't knw who even came up with such a fool-hardy idea. Imagine the level of accidents that will occur if this idea is followed through

Our so-called leaders have no clue. This is Fashola's lagos now, not just any state. They see developed countries do something and they rush here to copy. They don't realise that for the society to be as you see it abroad, the most ordinary man has to be enlightened and civilised enough to know he's a part of society and participate. I've told them: it will take generations to achieve if you start to work on our education system NOW. But they don't want that. They want everything to happen in their lifetimes; indeed within the few years they're in office. Hence we're not going anywhere.
I bet many people can't connect what I just wrote with what's being talked about. I tell you: THAT'S WHAT I'm TALKING ABOUT!

Its not only about noise pollution, its about trying to be sane in an insane society. Was tempted several times but resisted the need to use my horn on the way to the office. A rule in driving says we should anticipate the moves of other motorists.
You and I have been the only sane persons on this thread.

LoL!!! Those commercial bus drivers no dey hear word oo. They park anyhow, overtake anyhow, speed anyhow and rain insults anyhow. So the car owners either blare their horn or have their car taken to the panel beater. #NOTE; most commercial bus drivers don't even have horn in their car.
