Those that applied to UTAD should check their mail box. You have two intake option now: February Intake and June intake . I'll advice you guys to go for June Intake. It will help you to prepare ahead. See you all in Portugal soon! Foza Portugal! Obrigada! |
Re: Anyone Studying In Portugal!!!! by HelloT: 2:31pm On Oct 12, 2014 |
TheRoyalprince:Thanks... please can you help us clarify. They said courses have already started and the VC said we should consider this "We are planning a Portuguese full course (A1, A2, B1 and B2 grades) taught in English between Februray and June, specially for foreign students The total fee for these courses will be 2500 euros you may, if you want, to stay in our student dormitories for 300 euros/month (bed and 3 meals daily) After it, you may apply for the undergraduated courses you want and begin next September/October. I'm fine with it, but the thing is that you said before that Portuguese embassy doesn't give visa for language courses? How are we going to do? or should we wait for next year and learn Portuguese on our own here? and apply for next year intake when it's time? He is waiting for our decision... please kindly advice us so we can reply him. Thanks a lot. |

Re: Anyone Studying In Portugal!!!! by TheRoyalprince(m): 8:38pm On Oct 12, 2014 |
The mail that was sent to you guys stated as follow: 1a. It will take close to 4 months to get visa. 1b. In the course of visa delay, the class have already started which means you have been left behind. 2. The school gives you option of February and June Intake. 3. The entire programme of the school is in Portuguese Language so come forth before your programme, you have to learn Portuguese Language. 4. No one required any special admission nor admission letter for the Portuguese Language Programme. 5a. Portugal Embassy don't issue visa for Portuguese Language Programme/Course. 5b. In this course, the school have to issue your admission as UG Programme in order to come in to Portugal easily via the embassy. evantical:Bro, your issue seems some how. Can you be well details? |

Re: Anyone Studying In Portugal!!!! by TheRoyalprince(m): 7:52am On Oct 13, 2014 |
moneybag100:For the accommodation, you can come together to share a room then you divide 300euro on per head and if you're a big boy like moneybag100, 300euro should be a chicken change. For the food, if you know want chop, you don belle food be that. |

Re: Anyone Studying In Portugal!!!! by TheRoyalprince(m): 8:30am On Oct 13, 2014 |
HelloT:Hello. T, you dey on point, you can look for other alternative. In short, is possible you get your visa through with UTAD admission letter and documentation and enrol in another school here. N/B: You need to have another school admission and accommodation before you can do that cos the school you enrol with will be the one to process your resident permit card for you. |

TheRoyalprince:i will appreciate if you can talk to the school to issue us new admission letter for February intake..i don't think it will be proper for us to use the old admission letter the risk is high. and moreover it will cost the school nothing to issue us new admission letter secondly...how many months is the language course(A1, A2, B1 and B2 grades)? |
