Hello all...I need help with my Z10.i just noticed I can't open my contacts anymore,my accounts with the phone(eg.email) do not load anymore..so have not been receiving mails and can't access phone contacts?

Then the app itself only opens the first page an 2nd which says something about being able to transfer files to I-phones n also three dots below. How do I rectify it? Anyway on d brighter side it made me realise how fast d native bb10 browser is cos I'm using it now...

The contacts link to the address book of the account is broken

Go to settings ->Account

You will see the email accounts set up on your phone. Tap the one with the broken contact and you will see the option to reconnect

The links break if you suffer a protracted data downtime and the phone tries to refresh data from the Web and could not

don't mean to sound harsh or disrespectful but some things are just lying around in Google, I'm sure since u can post on NL u should be able to search for ordinary xender app on Google, we should try to avoid spoon feeding sometimes

No offence taken bro. I actually searched Google but the links I got were not working. They had one issue or the other and there's no time to search pages. Plus some pages were phoney. The link redirects u to some dating site or some ad. Thanks anyway for ur concern.

Thanks for the reply...I have tried it but the bad thing is that I can't even open the accounts through settings..it just says loading..(forever)..

Is my next option a Security wipe?

delete the account and add it again

although I'm not a mobile gamer, something superstitious happened to me, out of boredom I decided to play temple run(wizard of oz), only for it to hang when I got "999" coins, should I be scared.......... I agree we need activities to make d thread more lively....my most used apps are operamini, bb hub(emails) file manager, docs togo and Google maps(cant leave my house without opening it), what's urs?

it might surprise u to know that most developed countries use different plug systems, so BlackBerry being thoughtful decided to put d 3 pin and 2 pin charger .....for more info check en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/AC_power_plugs_and_sockets u know naija is a dumping ground, dats why ul see all sort of weird plugs cos dey come from different countries
