Yes. House of assembly. Where every member should vote for topics that would be moved to front page. I think d topics that are not beneficial should be voted out and good ones moved to front page. Some MODs are not just doing fine, they place ban anyhow and decide on their own. I think all these decisions should be democratic. Let the majority carry the vote. If you support us having a nairaland house of assembly hit like.
