oga damkollins,

Will I be safe to send just my pgd(civil engineering) transcript to WES since that is my highest qualification? What point will that get me?
If u send both PGD and HND... u could rake up 22points...or is it PGD + B.Sc? I don't know what PGD only can fetch u...don't even know if WES will agree to assess only that.

Good schools have d software... any result goes in and it updates immediately. The buttons for statement of result and transcript generations enabled.

Hello House,

I just received my ICAS report now. The challenge i have is the expiry date on my international passports which expires in May 24, 2015. Counting six months backward, it starts from November 24, 2015. If i send my application by month end, will it still be processed considering the issue on my passport.

Or

Do you suggest i renew my passport and send the application at a later date.

Thank you.

I have a friend whose PGD was evaluated by WES. He is yet to get a report from them so I dont even know how many points he will get from having just the PGD evaluated.

If you are sure you will send your application, and it will be received at cic on or before 23rd of nov, you can submit with the current passport.

One question. Pls how long did your evaluation with ICAS take.

Hello, this is a very educative thread, thanks to all the contributors. Please, I want to know what I should write as my occupation. My current title at work (as stated on my employment letter and reference letter) is System Analyst, but my job roles are those of Database Analyst. Can I put System Analyst in my form and write the NOC Code of Database Analyst and Administrators?
Thanks.
Yes...that is perfect.
Cheers.

It's not a silly question
Police clearance certificate is not mandatory at submission stage .Local visa office will surely request for it.
Speaking of applicants successfully charged without PCC .....it's uncountable here in Nigeria and globally.Last time i remembered ,I didn't submit PCC too and that hasn't make my application negative .
Cheers

Alhamdulilahi. I just received my PER today. Exactly 1 week after my card was charged.

Damkollins & Solomonwis,

I saw on CIC website that it takes approximately 31 months for ACCRA to process application after they receive a complete application package. Is it true?

Hello everyone,

I need your advice about the Canada program. According to the Canadian website, the Express Entry will start next year January that means that current Federal Skilled worker Program will end this December. My question is, can I start the process now or should I wait for the express entry in January? I really want to start now but I am sure that I cannot make ready all the necessary documents before the end of this year. Should I start or wait till next year ?

I wait for your guidance / advice.

Thanks

Finally!
June 12th applicant
cc charged on sept 30th
PER received on Oct 16th
Almost 17 days after cc was charged.
@azeezbaba, AVO is very very slow, let's keep our fingers crossed till mid next year.

Congrats buddy....
Don't worry yourself about the timeline given because it's getting faster now.....more of 18 months from what I'm monitoring now which i believe will get faster.

Pls kindly advise me, I registered for ielts exam on 2 days ago on British council website against November 1 and I picked the payment method to pay later, I have not paid as at now, but now there is another available date which is 6th December and I am ready to pay now. It is possible for me to change my date and re register pls

If deadline for application is not over, you can change it but if it has closed you will need to get to their office and do the necessary thing but i think you will need to write and sit for the exam oo
