lezz: There is no school in SA townships with a laterine or pit toilets other than few which are located at the remote village areas. You see why I say the author of that article was angry and unreasonable when he wrote that article. The question that we should have asked him was to tell us which part of SA does he live. Even under atrocious apartheid regime, SA township schools were fitted with sewage system. |
