u are to check ur network has full coverage. Try putting ur network to edge and know if the hotness will reduce. As for ur sis touch 9800 her browser is the only thing that will work because those lega BlackBerry device are rooted through bis. So she has to sub for a bis. Best advice she should sell it and get a Q5

I don't think u can use any app dat relies on BIS transport services on wifi without a mobile bis plan. in oda words, bbm, appworld, email etc won't wrk on wifi alone. U nid an existing bis plan for dt. My airtel line's "edge and 3G" still remains in capital letters afta my bis has expired, meaning somhw, d bis routing configuration is still valid even as iv been cut off, I remember it used to wrk on wifi, bbm, appworld, email etc. So try an airtel line n c, subscribe for daily bis n c if it'll wrkout...

As for ur device getting Hot, whenever u share ur data tru wifi hotspot, make sure ur fon is plugged into d charger cos it really depletes battery faster making ur fon heat up.

i use a q5 also but mind works ok.i just want to ask if you are runing any of the leaked os.that might be the cause also did the phone drop?possible you do a security wipe or you reload your os by connecting to your computer.

u can't use it with a bb10 to bb10 but it possible with an Android to bb10,what u will do is on the mobile hotspot on the android phone,serch for it through ur wi fi and connect,after Dat open ur xender and join the connection,remember to create connection with the Android on the xender app

Just download the right autoloader for ur device,extract the autoloader cuz It normally cmes in zip format.. now run the autoloader.switch off ur device and plug it to the system,the autoloader will detect ur phone and starts upgrading it. once it's done u'll see a successful message,just unplug ur fon u'r done...jst d autoloader is wat u nid,u Dnt nid to install any separate radio file or smtin it cmes all with the autoloader

Thanks, the fone neither fell nor am I running a leaked os.. its just stopped working overnight. I think the next thing to do is ur second option because the first one yield no difference.

The way I installed it was funny,the thing install by itself ni o,after a long trial of futile results.i just disconnected vpn and changed it 2G while it was installing and I closed the app out frustration, only for me to see it installed..s just keep trying,you should be lucky soon
