No minister or official will want to risk their position by not carrying out what GEJ gave order. What I smell about the whole issue is politics. From Chibok, NIS and BH. It is a political scheme. I still maintain that NIS has concluded about recruitment, they are waiting for directive to act.If you go back to string together responses that Moro, Parradang and others have made you will understand what i am saying.

Bro...The subordinate can never shun an order from the president of a republic.... Whatever the president says MOST be carried out! He ordered and set a panel with a due date.. But if nothing is being done...then perhaps there most be a reason... A friend grew up realizing what it is to father a child and felt stupid over his insult towards the father... You'll never know what it is to rule as a civilian until u sit on the seat... GEJ is the first civilian president that Nigeria has ever produced... Directive indeed! Wat directive again? Didn't e set up d committee & gav dem a term of reference which was ".....to conclude the NIS recruitme within 12 wks"(paraphrased).

My boss spent abt 15 hrs on d road from Lagos to Ilorin - a 3 hrs journey perhaps der is a reason e spent dt long.der is a reason y all our hospitals are now mere consulting clinic.
