I don't know if you know how electoral college system works....but let me just point it out.

Assuming Kano have 56 electoral points.

Lagos would have something like 60-65 points

The whole electoral points for SE / SS aggregated would not be more than 80 points.

See how the votes in the two regions would have become completely valueless with an electoral college system under the present condition?
