So the thread on front page was asking whose duty is it to say "I love you" and it seems all the guys are lamenting that their girlfriend/partner hardly use the "I love you" frequently as they should.

Reminds me of a married man around my area, that man is after anything putting on a skirt (Known womaniser), so we happen to meet at the gym and he started asking me out.
To cut long story short, he professed his undying "love" for me. He sends me text messages and ends it with "I love you" angry

Had enough from him,so I sort ways to make him stop. After a session at the gym, as we were about leaving I asked him if he was still single and he said no. I asked if his wife was living with him and he nodded, and I asked again, why do you hate your wife?
He said he loves his wife and doesn't hate her, you love your wife and you want a mistress
Doesn't add up at all but that is exactly what we face as singles from all these guys professing love here and there.

A guy might be loving you in his sitting room, same time he is chatting with "others" while exchanging I love you messages on social network with 5 different girls'.

We don tire with fake I love you's angry

If you love us as you claim, pls introduce me to your mother/family members undecided
Or better put a ring on that finger so I can start taking you seriously.
Its not by singing I love you all day oo, is by proving it. A guy meets you today after one week he will start singing I love you (whereas na another thing him love, don't be decieved).

So guys quit with the fake love when you don't mean it, if sex is all you want say it. If a relationship or situationship is what you expect pls say it.
The reasons we aint reciprocating is because you keep saying it but we don't see proves of the love. May be you should act more than you talk.

But it's okay to give her a ring after two months? If you think a ring is gonna prove to you that a guy loves you, you should think twice. A guy can go any length to get ur coochies. He doesn't mind introducing you to his family members sef. It's very hard to tell if a guy truly loves you or if he just likes the idea of you two together. Telling you "I love you" might just be the only proof you need.

Funny as it may sound, a female friend told me that "I love U" is like greetings to her undecided
In as much as ladies are carried away with what they hear, I think the word I love U has being abused and wrongly used.
Me kno sabi love, so I don't say I love U except whenever I want to be funny (good at that).
