Get two. One to the intending dept, another to PG school. You prolly might need to submit to the dept in person cos u will be attaching some other stuff to it. Certificates in a big brown envelope. Dunno whats obtainable for other depts

An alumnus of Lautech also and currently running my msc at oau. You get no problem having finished wt strong GP. As for transcript what I did for my application was to make a fotocopy of the student's copy of transcript given by the dpt during our final clearance (I don't know if you were also given), I submitted that at dpt with other needed docs. I only applied for a new copy of transcript which was sent to PG college, but I had earlier gone to PG college to submit other docs and informed them that my transcript would be sent to them; they will handle all ur docs as soon ur transcript arrives, but you can always go there to confirm or monitor the progress of ur application on the portal.
Note that I used my student transcript because lautech refused to give the transcripts out by hand but only sent to the address by courier servces, so I couldn't make the fotocopy and wouldn't want to make anoda request knowing dpt only needs fotocopy. If you are lucky to get ur own requested transcript by hand, u may not bother urxef about using student's copy of transcript which I used.

Supporting docs you may need with ur transcript;
1. Statement of results.
2. NYSC discharge cert.
3. Your application label/page that bears ur foto nd other details on the portal (I'm not too sure about its name).
4. O'level
5. Passports. (Don't know how many copies)
Each of these docs together wt ur transcript will be submitted at PG college and dpt in big brown envelope. Essentially, PG takes original transcript. Hope your inquisition has been allayed.

go to pg school informing them of your readiness to start. i advice u go to your dept first to ask for procedure. for transport, i don't know but i understand its organised by lagos students
