You won't be disqualified. All they'll need would be your university transcript and your good GRE scores. If they ask for O levels, your NECO result is one.
really? Never knew of this. Thanks.

. Dentistry is better becos i had that after two yrs u can become a doctor or even a maxofacial surgeon(plastic surgeon and ear nose and throat doctor)
a graduate of BDS is also a doctor,,,,,, nt only a graduate of MBBS is called a doctor. A Pharm. D graduate is also a doctor and so many, even in some non health courses(abroad).
.
.
A dental surgeon I will prefer u go for because, it seems u love MBBS and its at parity with it.

Also for a student of school of nursing, after graduation what level in university will she continue from? 200L? Or 300L? And must it be in the university her school of nursing is located?
Also, will she require JAMB to continue nursing in the university?
check the JAMB brochure under the Direct entry column. It will be of help.

a graduate of BDS is called a 'dental surgeon', he uses the prefix 'DR' before his name, is regarded as 'equal' in all aspects with an MBBS graduate ( medical doctor).
The 'only' other health professional that uses ' DR' in nigeria is opthometrist, his certificate is not equivalent to that BDS or MBBS graduate.
Pharm. D has been suspended in nigeria for now, while it existed its graduates don't use the prefix 'DR'.

they graduate as ' dental surgeons' , pass through residency training in any of the subspecialities of ' dental and maxillo-facial surgery'.

if you have the opportunity to study dentistry, it pays better to take it. On graduation, you can still be a medical doctor by undergoing about a year programmen or even switch while in sch. Essentially, dentists are doctors too, they specialise on human teeth though. You get paid on the same level as doctors during housemanship. Abeg, take it jare.
they dont become medical doctors by undergoing any training, their degree is regarded as 'equal' to MBBS.

In medical school one takes 'professional MBBS examinations' depending on the medical school.
This is based on my medical school!
1st professional MBBS exams- 200L.
2nd professiinal MBBS exams-300L
3rd professional MBBS exams-400L
4th professional MBBS exams-500L
5th and final professional MBBS exams- 600L ( leads to award of MBBS degree to those who pass)
After graduation one undergo a compulsory 12months internship training and national service ( where applicable).
If one chooses to specialise in any medical specialty then the following applies!
Primaries exams- get appointed as REGISTRER
Part 1 exams- get promoted to SENIOR REGISTRER and member of a college
Part 2 exams- get promoted to CONSULTANT and FELLOW of a college
There is NO part 3 exams at both undergraduate and post-graduate levels but some some medical schools called their undergraduate exams 'part 2' part 3 and so on, numbers referred to levels ( 200l, 300l, etc).

I don't really know a UNIBEN graduate of Pharm. D to confirm this but, how will Someone graduate with a Doctor of Pharmacy(Pharm. D) degree and you say he can't be called a Doctor? Haba!
.
And lastly, I spoke with a UNIBEN pharmacy student and he said their Pharm. D is still intact.

Now I get you.
The bolded doesn't mean she isn't a Doctor but, that she feels to go by what you will easily understand her of and that goes to show that she don't fancy that tittle but, it her tittle; she is a doctor.

life out of school as a pharmacist, my brother. GNLD guys would like you well Oº°˚˚˚° . Basically, they would compel you to sell their drugs on the street for them at a commission. Am not being sarcastic, that is the real deal, although good jobs are out there for your course but the competition is extremely tough. Yet in my funny mode, come and buy your drugs here, buy 2 get 1 free.
