Okay, there are two methods I know of doing this. Either using the chrome extension of blackberry PlayBook app manager or using sachesi.

From what I read on crackberry forums, I don't advise a non-destructive upgrade of this new OS, as most of them are complaining of not being able to connect to their mobile networks.

I've downloaded my autoloader already and will soon upgrade.

Try restarting the phone.

Also, have you logged in your blackberry ID?
