Anyway guys, from what i've gathered, the people have prolly changed their assessment style. So apart from it now being unpredictable, it will also be rigorous. Somethings are sure though: IT will be about general knowledge, presentation skills, personality and impression on a group. But the true test will ultimately be on your confidence. if you are going in for the GS scheme, you need to demonstrate experience. Your manner of conduct and approach would have to confam you have adequate exp in the scenarios they will throw at you. Thats obvious though but needed to reiterate for those who mistakenly chose the scheme.

There was emphasis on date (31/12/2014) for both schemes on the original ad. I want to be a Joseph cum CSI agent by inferring that the date is significant for something. Conclusion of recruitment maybe. (Emphasis on 'maybe')

Not exactly. They are not new to this process. For the records, WF has bin handling this exercise for them for many years now.
I want to believe its deliberate. Apart from d test venue selection and centres dat warranted a delay, a close look at the timings of their messages shows a constant trend.

It just dawned on me. We r thru with workforce o. D next correspondence wud be directly from UAC. Comments here show that they are already engaged in sorting and re-sorting of documents and courses of study. Therefore, it won't be long before we hear from them.
I just hope they will also send text messages as a backup to emails. So we don't av spam and bounced-mail issues.

I think UAC just wanted to confirm the exact study area of those who selected 'others' when applying on their site. I got a call from a rep. to that effect. And I guess the job of workforce is done with the last stage and UAC takes up from the next. Wish us all the best
