Ok guys. Please can some here tell me the importance of having some work experience, especially for this union bank recruitment. How important will our work experience be in the process of getting selected finally for TS?.

I know it a graduate trainee position but... Will little or no work experience affect ones chance of getting selected finally?

Plus can anyone remember the age limit for this job?

Hell No It depends on your performance during the recruitment and performance at the training School.

Work Experience has noting to do with a graduate trainee position.. that's my opinion (if you are good you are good). If you have previous experience it could be a minimal advantage.

d ability to bobo ur interviewer is an inherent skill. But essentially u need numeric skills, smartness n meticulousness for operations (like tellers n fund transfer) and charisma n interpersonal skill for marketing.
