I doubt if etisalat will succumb to that because they did last year around November there about and was blocked. Most business men and women use their network for online transactions and internet surfing. It would be sucidal for them to allow bis work on other devices because it will affect speed. Ask Airtel what happened and if care isn't take, global network will be slow Like Airtel in terms of browsing.
