egesie:lol Bro lemme give u some Tips -I suppose u do watch Olympics or any Marathon Competition... Try to picture this.. We are Running 3200Metres in 18Min that's 1500Metres X2... -jog at a steady Pace? Hell No... Its not training bro you've Ghas Run Lyk there is no 2maro but be sure not to waste your energy that you'll need to stop on the Way OR you'll need to Slow Down... So you'll have to start Slow but as it goes you've Ghas Increase your pace... So bro Once you start Running you should be Focused Run Lyk Hell lyk there is no tomorrow.. if you're down to your Last Breath let it Sustain you..Zero your mind let your N0 1 Goal be the Gate Fly if you can,Teleport if possible just make it to the Gate before 17:59 and if you think you're gonna faint let it be after the Gate.. TO MY MUSLIM Niggas Ramadan myt be ON wen we'll be Running... So no drinking water During nd After jogging and again TAKE A LIGHT SAUM.. If you eat much your belly might be dancing While running and it'll slow you down... You might evn end up purging... |

egesie:its not bad dou.. The 3.2km requires speed and strength but really its SPEED IN STRENGTH... You can start NOW Run long Distance at a steady space(I.e if you don't have strength or you're rusty) you don't have to time yourself for starters... Then wen you're getting your strength add Speed that's where time comes In... Run Every Morning and wen you start Timing yourself Run maybe 4-5days a week... Twas the same for me... I was rusty... But now Am Consistent and I got tru the Breathe Therapy... I do 4days a Week... |

From WestPoint's Blog... More than 230 cadets began the Competitive MIAD tryouts Oct. 25 and the head count dwindled throughout the daylong assessment conducted by the Department of Military Instruction. The physical assessment included a modified Army Physical Fitness Test (pushups, situps, pullups and 2-mile run), a 6.75-mile ruck march, the Indoor Obstacle Course Test and swim test. This was followed by a military assessment which included a kit assessment and military knowledge test. Scores were compiled and the top 192 cadets proceeded to the third phase, a Leadership and Character Assessment consisting of four leaderless command tasks similar to what cadets encounter at the Leader Reaction Course at Camp Buckner Military Reservation. One task required a squad to move into a formation—blindfolded—alphabetically by home states. Others, like the V-Plank and River Crossing were timed obstacles requiring teamwork and problem-solving. Cadets who hoped to enter the Combat Divers Qualification Course S.E.R.E school had a different third phase to complete that was more oriented toward the skills required to pass those courses. In all, there are 77 slots available for cadets to attend 10 different U.S. and foreign military schools. |
