It feels good to cry sometimes, especially when ur going through alot of emotional trauma. You cry to let go of whatever thing bothering you. It helps alot. I used to form all strong that no matter what I'm going through I would never shed tears, until the day the thing hooked me, I couldn't help buh shout out loud and prayed for God's help.

Op, from my POV, I really don't think there's a cause for alarm esp if u r not having any emotional troubles. I can quite relate with that feeling. ΐτ̅ is usually caused by hormonal imbalance in women usually and especiall few days or weeks to their MP. ΐτ̅'s all hormonal. Except there's something else deep down that you need to search, you are fine and normal.
