The Western Roman Empire came to an end in 476 bc. The Eastern roman empire came to an end in the 15th century.

There was an attempt to revive the Roman empire...with the establishment of the Holy Roman Empire...in the 9th century...By the 19th century it had become the Austro-hungarian empire(for complicated reasons).

The British Empire is not a continuation of the Roman Empire....rather, it was a fresh foundation.The British who were under Roman rule were Celts....who after the Romans left were displaced by the Jutes, Saxons and Angles....descendants of whom form the nation of England. The Saxons, in particular, were never Roman Empire subjects.

As at now the Roman empire is done and dusted.(The EU is more of a confederation....hardly an empire...unless you want to discuss it in eschatologic terms).

Again the origins of the Brtish Empire can be traced with the Saxon conquest of England in the 5th century. The Saxons themselves were never Roman subjects.(Unless you want to talk up Varus's misguded conquest in 9BC. ). The current English nation was formed by Alfred the Great in the 9th Century. This Kngdom was conquered by the Normans(who were doescendants of the Vikings....settled in Northern France....vikings today are known as Norwegians...and they were never Roman subjects. ).

By 1707....after years of battles, and conquests, and succession matters...today's UNITED KINGDOM was formed. out of the nations of England, Scotland , Ireland and Wales. Ireland and Scotland were never part of the Roman Empire.

The word caucasian comes from the caucasus region of russia.

Actually, most Europeans are not Roman in origin.....especially those in Scandinavia, the Baltic States, Poland, Russia and Germany.

Also, a citizen of the Roman Empire was two track....you could recieve a certificate of citizenship....or you could be born a citizen....and sometimes towns could be awarded roman citizenship(In the Bible., Paul was born in Tarsus....a town that was awarded citizenship by Augustus Caesar in 1ad..hence Paul being a Roman citizen). Most Roman citizens would not have had roman blood as we understand it.

And by your theory of the bloodlines....the Islamic Caliphate could be regarded as ROMAN....Since many of their citizens....were actually formerly under Roman rule...(especially North Africa and palestine, and turkey).
