dojo12:Dear sir, I'm not too vast in that aspect of visa issuance, but one thing I can tell you is this, if you meet all the requirements, you will surely get your visa. Again, with all these factors you mentioned to your advantage, you have a better chance than someone who doesn't have them at all. Now, how to you start? It is pertinent that you make serious research on their requirements. cover every aspect of what they require and prepare thoroughly for the interview after gathering all the likely questions you may be asked. ..I will help you out in my little way on that path once I subscribe to my internet bundle. God bless you. |

XketchDesigns: I really don't get how this thread works anymore? Now, the question are selected before answer as opposed to before that you get an answer or at least a referral. |
Re: German Embassy And Visa by Belly213: 9:54pm On Oct 26, 2014 |
@XketchDesigns U r too funny.......I didn't certify my documents.....but if am right....people that did, did so at the high court.....and I think it has to have an emblem.....some one once said in this forum that he demanded that there must have to be a seal or something and it was done for him at 200 per copy....others pls help out....... @justcare D Lord can provide.....ask Him then believe just start get every other things ready....one step at a time. Do not wait until you have the letter or blocked money just start and God will perfect the rest.....u will share your testimonies indeed.....Amen.... |

XketchDesigns: People don't want to answer questions that have been answered over and over again. Its frustrating. If you had read just 2-3 pages back, you would have seen Eke's post where he discussed on the issue. |

Re: German Embassy And Visa by XketchDesigns(m): 10:41pm On Oct 26, 2014 |
Clandestine60:A simple referral would suffice. Thanks anyway. Modified I went through is posts and all.i saw where he explained how to certify documents at the high Court, and the costs. Which is entirely different from what I asked. It is as a result of that post that I asked the question. I said I have already sent my documents with just stamp in it as certification but no emblem. I will like to know if this will suffice? Hoping anybody with experience, myabe they too have done this before and it wasn't an issue? Or should I go to high court certify with emblem and send again. |

Re: German Embassy And Visa by Belly213: 7:37am On Oct 27, 2014 |
@pbiwann I feel IELTS is easier in everything.....and you can get their material for just 4k....and can pass even without any material.....I have not written toefl so I can't say about the exam itself...but looking at what have been said in the past about agents dulling the process and the price....I will go for ielts....cheers |
Re: German Embassy And Visa by Eke40seven(m): 9:18am On Oct 27, 2014 |
XketchDesigns:Like clandestine and Belly213 rightly pointed out, the first quote below lies just 2-3 pages back. My advise is that, you don't just visit the thread whenever you have a question, follow it bumper to boot because you might never tell...... As per people selecting questions, there are so many things involved as the forum does not have an automatic answering device neither do your pictures or biodata appear on the thread automatically. (I). people will answer the question they are very familiar with and sure about to a certain degree (ii) they will likely ignore questions that has just been answered over and again (iii) At this point, many resourceful peolple we had have left for studies and are just settling down in Germany while others are facing serious school work, while for some, this thread was a means towards achieving a goal which they have achieved and had long moved on. So, in essence, the number of contributors have depreciated very very significantly. That is why we must appreciate the ones that still visit. (iv) sometimes, its sheer luck, it just happens. I myself have not find it any easier than you do getting answers to my question, trust me, sometimes, I had to politely bring it back with serious pleading. The last time, it was clandestine that raised the issue on my behalf and the answers started flooding in. So in essence, calm down! nobody is persecuting you because your username is XketchDesigns. Eke40seven: In the quote above, you can see the statement, " A STAMP BEARING the EMBLEM of the Lagos state COAT OF ARM and NOT just a TEXT STAMP" Read between the lines and you will know it means that it is a STAMP which has a SYMBOL/SIGN and not just ONLY words. So, if the one you have conforms to what is stated above, then I think you are good to go. XketchDesigns: 1 Like |

Pls how do they certifiy waec @ embassy ...tank u |
Re: German Embassy And Visa by seunstein(m): 12:45pm On Oct 27, 2014 |
Your answer is almost in the question sir.Go to the embassy in Lagos on between Monday and Wednesday by 7-11 am.Tell them at the gate you want to certify your documents. Please,it is very important that the sequence of your original documents is in sync with the sequence of arrangement of the copies you want to certify.....I am assuming it won't be just WAEC you want to certify and it's the German embassy you meant.Finally....I got wind that they now charge about 1200 naira for certifications. You could take along far more to be on the safe side. You r welcome sir/madam. atrapon: |

This question is for those already in Germany to answer plz and it's about extending the 3 months visa to a 2 year resident permit before d 3 months visa expires. My question are what's the procedure? Do we need to pay for it cus my classmate from turkey said she was asked to pay 100 euro for a year extension cus her dad scholarship was only for a year so she got extension only for a year. My last statement now brings me to d last and most important question. A Nigeria guy I met here WO is a bsc student but married to a German told me I will still av to provided prove of fund for my second year to extend my permit for two years and considering wat my Turkish mate told me that she got a year extension cus her daad scholarship was for one year and she will av to go back after year one to show prov DAT she got it extended based on her performance before she gets permit for year two. All these things dey rack my brains so plz all dos already in Germany who av experience in all des stuffs I tink we need to discuss this. |

Belly213: IELTS is 6k more expensive. Anyways since I'll be taking GRE, and aiming to do well, I shouldn't have a problem with TOEFL I think.. As GRE analytical writing is harder than TOEFL. |

the school i applied in germany requires 50 euro assesment fee before my application can be processed which must be transfered to their german account through bank fund transfer. the issue now is dat the two banks am using was like, i must own a dormicilary account before it can be transferred. but i don't want to open an euro dorm account because of 50 euro because i can't open it with a minimum of 100 euro. am just tired |
Re: German Embassy And Visa by Nobody: 6:54pm On Oct 27, 2014 |
nevilbot: Here are your answers. 1) if you came here with a blocked account, you will have to show proof of financial sustenance for another year again before your visa can be renewed. And its complicated changing it to a verpflich....... it can be done but i don't know how. 2) Yes you have to pay for conversion of your 3 months visa to a resident permit. i dont know how much because i didnt pay in my city and i was even lucky to collect a 50€ Gutschein....lol. 3) This 3rd way is relativ, some city accept it and some dont, if you have a contract that pays you about 650€ you can use that for visa renewal, but like i said not all city accepts this. So be fast in doing this, because you have to book for an appointment which doesn't come easy.....no let your 3month expire for your hand before you go..........otherwise dem go send you back and dat na another GOBE You will have to return to Nigeria and apply for another Visa So brother be wise ohh......lol Welcome to Deutschland.......... Abeg peeps in Nigeria how true is this? http://www.tagesschau.de/nigeria-163.html Was any German killed in Lagos or Ibadan? Because the way the writer just composed this news he was not nice at all, really painted Nigeria to be very Dangerously place. 1 Like |

I got a mail from my sch today stating that I cannot be given further extension because enrollment for the winter semester is no longer possible. Is there any way I can convince my my school to still make room for me by giving me an extension? and is it a wise decision for me to delay a bit while I keep trying to convince my sch dat I have being granted the visa and all I need is the extension? kos I intend visiting the embassy on wednesday. |
