Hello.....
Please help me out

Someone I know applied for a visa to the UK for a conference....with company cover
She got a mail saying...

,.....UK Visa and Immigration has now assessed your application and made a decision. Your documents and the decision will either be sent back to the application centre.....where we will contact you by mail to come and collect them, or will be sent thru the courier you used.......frm Teleperformance

Then still today, she got one from the application centre viz:

...your passport and any returned supporting documents have now been sent back to you by courier....etc

It sounds like she was refused, right?

Can someone help me put please?...@justwise...anyone?
Thanks

You can travel to the US via a UK airport without a transit visa provided you stay at the airport even if your onward flight is several days away, but you need a transit visa to leave the airport

I have an ECOWAS passport and i’m a student also. currently doing my masters too but about to graduate by the end of the year. or latest First month of january. I am currently self employed. do not have a steady income but there is always cash coming in and out of my account every month. Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by DABeliever: 8:12am On Oct 29, 2014
Thanks once again @justwise.

I also want to ask, I have been working in the new conpany without tax payment and it does not reflect in my payslip that I pay tax.

would this have any implications?
what can I do to solve this if any.

It doesn't mean she was refused,in most cases they don't tell if the visa was granted or not. I've only notice that most student visas applications are the ones which receives approval email.
When did she apply?
And how many days did it take for her to receive these messages.

You don't need to present tax certificate, only if you run your own company.

Pls, can I use my 2 savings accounts with fat balance and my company's account with lean balance for my U.K Visitor's Visa. And can I transfer some cash from my savings to the company's current account?

I got Uk business visa for six months yesterday but I applied for two years visa and I applied for two weeks stay in the application form,
MY PROBLEMS NOW ARE:
1. Why did they give me six months but I applied for two years?
2. As the two weeks stay I applied in the form will not be enough, what do I do should I stay more than that two weeks?

1; it's their perogative unfortunately

2; try not to spend more than 90 days, perhaps you should make a (stronger) case for long term visa when applying the next time

If you are visiting for tourist reason then you only need personal account.
(Buisness acc is for buisness only.
If you want to travel to do buisness or buy and sell
then you need buisness acc and tax returns.

Hello, my husband and I are planning a family trip next year. We plan to visit London and Paris ( take the kids to Disneyland) grin. Problem is he has never travelled before, i haven't in over 10 years which is as good as never and we plan to stay in a hotel or rather studio flat. We both earn over 250k per month individually. Please what documents do we need and do we stand any chance at all?

To do that you will need to get UK visa and Shengan (France) visa.
Twice the work!
Look at your proofs that you will return home, this will be very important.

Dear Funkebaby, trust you are doing great. I intend to travel as a tourist. The transactions usually occur @ the end of every month and ranges from 30 -150k. Please does it really matter since the cash goes in an out? If it matters, is there a better way of explaining the inflow/outflow cos I ustand that giving out loan for interest is illegal in europe.

Please assist.
