I was talking with some friends who were seriously saying abuja is more beautiful. But i think lagos is more beautiful. It's just the LARGE population that may not allow you really notice it. GUYS what are your own opinions?? Below is a view of lagos

I have never been to Abuja but I think Abuja will be a better place to live than over crowded lagos

Lived all my life in Lagos, moved some times ago to Abuja. Now I reside in Osogbo. Abuja is so much better. The road network is beautiful but not so many buildings like Lagos. But u need to see Abuja in d night the lights and the lay out makes u go whao lagos is beautiful too but lots of things deteriorate cos of the population.

to me oo, i just feel it's the population that makes lagos' beauty unnoticeable. I still feel lagos is more beautiful, i mean, the waters in lagos is some thing to love na abi? Bar beach, etc. It's just the population i tell you

If Abuja has so much water around it like Lag, hmmm ABJ wud be dah bomb!! For a Lagosian in ABJ u'll be dying to see beaches things are more coordinated in Abj. Taxis aint so damn expensive too unlike lagos. U dnt see so much rusty buses around but in lag u'll wonder how those buses can move @ all

u dnt wanna be in ABJ during dry season.. Dry and dusty. The housing in Lag is cheaper to the ones u'll get in ABj their prices no make sense @ all but definitely better houses dan in Lag. They both have their upsides and downsides sha. But maybe I'll say Lag is finer too sha (changing ma mind) more pretty buildings and fun places. Abj can be dry and boring

Abuja is more beautiful, its not about buildings either. Abuja has natural beauty, the hills and greenery.

I agree, it would be better if it had beaches, but even without that, Abuja is much more beautiful imo.

Abuja can and is constructing more buildings, but Lagos can never build Abuja's natural beauty.

Don't get me wrong, Lagos has many lovely new buildings and the waterside looks nice, but "beautiful" is not a word that comes to mind when thinking of Lagos.

@londoner, you are right about abuja's beauty (some how you know?) But why people may not really notice the beauty of lagos is probably because of the hustlings associated with it. It's like in lagos, every one is trying to beat time unlike abuja, so people may not pay attention to it's beauty as such abi?
