Its quite believable. They might be an outsourcing agency. Call their no. 0700FIRSTSERVICE is 0700347787378423. If its non existent or they pick n load u with crap you don't believe, don't bother your head cos that payment gan already disqualifies them in my opinion.

That's outside some other allowances paid to staff which depends on which company of UAC you work with. A friend of mine who works with one of the UAC units showed me his payslip two days ago. His pay is as mentioned above but he eventually gets up to about N80,000 a month. He was recruited as a Graduate Specialist (GS) but now a supervisor. He explained that a Graduate Specialists are those with certain skills at the point of recruitment while the Management Trainees (MT) have no skill at the point of recruitment. But that the management trainees will be placed higher in rank than the Graduate Specialists. How awkward that is but it is the harsh reality. The GS will be posted directly to the Unit where their skill will be most useful. The MT will be made Assistant Managers after their in-house training period. And that in UAC, if you are at the Assistant Manager rank, you have arrived. So, for those folks like myself whose monthly pay with current employer is higher than N80,000 and applied for GS post, you may want to reconsider your options.

Thankz for the info bro.....In as much that i dont have adequate knowledge on the pay structure in UAC, i bet to differ on some of the things u put up..
How come a Graduate trainee will be earning higher than experience hire cos according to the job criteria, the graduate specialist is an experience hire and with my own experience, have never seen an environment where a graduate trainee will be earning higher than an experienced staff (Them no dey sell experience for market ooo)

Thank you @eldega for bringing up the advert placement. Infact, he wasn't too aware of the advert. He only heard they are recruiting but all he said are exactly what is in the advert. I also questioned him why an experienced officer will be placed lower to fresh graduates and his answer was that maybe UAC believes that the MT guys know the entire UAC business processes well enough than the GS because of their cross-units experience and younger age. My friend said he is Senior Staff and that the GS post is a mid-level management rank. And the MT are seen as the future MD/CEO of UAC. His explanation doesn't make sense to me either. I remember him also saying that MT is about 2 to 3 steps ahead of GS. Bro, I stop here. The UAC interviewers will be in a better position to expatiate on the grey areas. I sign out.

4get experience ke? Y do u think they will b training GS 4 18months and MT for 2yrs....its definitely cos u already acquired some experience and what you will just need is to integrate u into their culture and how the business runs

Ofcourse, one of the major criteria ppl applied for either MT or GS ws the age limit. So thers no long thing anywhere.
Don't sweat over it. Let's get there first and hear wot dey av to offer. We all av our different reasons for applying for the job and goin tru the recruitment process.
