You find more Tecno phones out there for repair not because them are generally bad but because one too many people are using the product. It is just like going to a car mechanic, you will find more of Toyota and Honda cars for repair than a range rover sports, not because range rover sports don't get faulty but very few own them.
The complain about your experience with the phone is not classic to Tecno products. Go get an iPhone and let water get into at the same amount it got into your Tecno and then come give us your testimony.

you are absolutely spot on bro....i remember the era of nokia phones...wen u get 2 a phone repairer,you only find the person working on mostly nokia phones wit only few fones from other brands....did that imply that nokia phones were'nt gud devices? absolutely not...
am currently using tecno A+ for a year plus now...it mistakenly fell inside a bucket full of water and i tot that was the end...all i simply did was to take off the battery and the back cover,place the device where there will be enuff sunlight and after some hours,the phone was back to normal...
different strokes for different folks...wud likely get the h6 but my target is d tecno z

Techno is not a good product you will end up spending more while trying to save. My techno IPad parked up after 5 days and it takes their repair shop three months to replace after another 15 days the iPad refused to power on, I quickly dumped it and buy Samsung Galaxy tab 3. Please mind the way you follow this techno phones. I have also used n7. The screen cracked and after replacement the phone parked up. If you love big phone save and wait to buy one don't just jump on cheap scrap that techno is producing and their inefficient Carl center where they further steal you blind or frustrate you. Imagine holding your so called new phone for 3 months.

My dear friend sorry to say but you were careless handling it.tecno phones are good and they have being able to let poor know that they too can own android phones too. My L3 is year plus and hasn't visited any care centre for any repair of such.Most Nigerians don't know how to handle phones and they think Tecno phones is the same as nokia in terms of durability bearing in mind that tecno's main target in afforbabiliy.

liar ,when my td5's(Jah bless) screen cracked ,d touch pad was working perfectly so I don't get ur point... stop generalizing here,smtin happened to u,don't expect it to happen to other ppl,I hv seen sm1's tecno fall hard n flat on d ground n it still works...

i've been using the p9 for 8months now and it's been flawless... Try charging it for sometime and hold the power button for 2 minutes.. I'm thinking of getting this phone soon

guy while are you this childish. o ga ooo. Put those ur so called HTC phone inside water then. you said ur m7 fell inside water and nobody could repair it? including Carl care. I have used a lot of TECNO phones and I still have their pad mini bought in december performing so well . My brother HTC bought for 80k 2yrs ago developed memory problem sent it to repair center for 2 times yet the problem persist. now a phone that has 4gb onboard memory now have 12mb. is now useless if you open camera it says memory insufficient. put sim inside it, it formats by itself.if you're the one with this experience the whole world will not slp. while most repaired phones in the mkt are TECNO is because they are the highest selling phone in Nigeria. 5 in every ten Nigerians hold a Tecno phone whether as no 1 or second phone

so is the iPhone screen durable,mind you i talk with experience as of now my sis Samsung galaxy tab screen broke though it happened in school so I don't know how it happened and one side of the screen cracked did you know these crack screen alone affected her back touch pad meaning if she's operating the phone she can't go back unless she press home key touch pad o if you are calling tecno a toy what will you call these one,I don't think tecno cracked screen can affect the touch pads or am I wrong

For the fact that your tecno phone develops fault as a result of mishandling or misuse doesn't mean all users experience such.since a year ago that i had bought tecno p5 phone,i've never had a reason to regret.my suggestions to tecno:

Provide phones with higher RAM and ROM at affordable cost;

Permit warranty of repair to phones purchased under three months for free;

Spare Parts of hardware should be made available at the bearest minimium;

Make customers' satisfaction your priority.

my htc has fallen inside water like 4 times,n' it still works fine the next day i switched it on.
