No,they weren't the reason why there happen to be drastic differences 1,make up changes their skin color and cover up all the spots,it restructures their noses and make it more defined,unlike white girls,their skin color is fair but most of them go tanning outdoor to make it brownish red(it's painful and a risk of skin cancer),some apply tan spray which men don't like because it's too artificial,eye lashes,those that have freckles don't cover it up much,they use their natural hair,someone like Lilly Ghalichi without her heavy eyelashes and make up still look like her and looks good,not too much differences,except that she may look pale,and ordinary,thats why they stay in the sun or use indoor tanning facilities to work on their skins,many of them go for cosmetic surgeries though to modify some features and some don't
