That's only because Em is a mainstream rapper. Dre helped blow his @ss all over the globe. U mentioned dexterity, in other words, penmanship, Rakim remains Eminem's father anytime, any day. Listen to his tracks and check out his flows, how words tumble out easily from his mouth, how he graces the mic. I can mention many other rappers too above Eminem in lyricism. They just didn't have the opportunity to get it out there. Some, like KRS One, believes mainstream fans are beat hounds. They don't know true lyricism.
