I am about to renew my uk visa I had 6 months before then i renewed for 2 years which was granted during the life span of the 2 years visa i only traveled once to the uk and stayed for 2 months came back a day before my visa expired my question goes out I am no longer working with my previous company i am now with anoda companya s I aplied with the prevouis company employment letter s and details I am planning on using the present company would this be ok? again why filling out the form i found some question that are confusing to me DO YOU HAVE ANY PAID JOB OR OCCUPATION?on my past application i wrote that i do part time business as i sell African cloths should i still cpntinue witht his caus eof the money I have on my account i dont want it to look as if I am building up my account what do you think? how do i prove the money I have on my personal account? If that is the case and its the govt policy to encourage small businesses then explain that in the form.
Moving money around now will look suspicious, its always good to have savings or current account separate from business account.
You need to take your time to explain to the ECO how you run your business and for the fact that you have only one account which happens to be your business account as well.
Use your son's US passport.
Make a mini-budget of the trip and attach it to your visa application package and outline places you tend to visit with your family while in the UK.

Is it compulsory for UK visa & Immigration to send one Visa approval email for family visit visa, to know if he/she has being granted a visa or not. because it seems like recently that's what is happening.

You can reapply as soon as you can as long as you corrected the reason(s) for the previous refusal.

There is no limited as to when to stop reapplying.

I think travelling history is also important, am glad I got the visa,without paying 250k to one stupid agent,my husband filled my form and also get your calculations right, u must have a set back to spend when u get back to nigeria, not filling huge amount on the application form.
