first ,the lasu fees rise is a policy whose gains can never be realised in a short time .... the 3 years you mentioned. if lasu is transformed into an ivory league as you said , you will have companies having their research and development centrers in lasu ... it will sure bring in investors in whatever form . isnt it obvious its not about pleasing every citizen .
