If you must purchase from any e-market, always choose the POD form of payment so as to avoid stories that touch..

Second, I am a Jumia sales consultant, living in Port Harcourt.
Third, Pay on delivery is available in some selected Nigeria cities, for example, lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt
Fourth, there re several payment options upon chechout. If your payment is successful, re you prompt to printout your conclusive transaction?
Your bank debited you, but not Jumia, which must also receive confirmation from your bank.
