The reason why the sect has lived up to expectation is because they have allies and informants that exist in senators,military officers (both retired& serving) and traditional rulers.To restrain them will prove a great deal of herculean task.I read an accredited newspaper that soldiers at a checkpoint stopped two trucks fully loaded with sophiscated weapons to their maximum capacities.Immediately,a call from above came through, ordering the soldiers to let the trucks drive through unsearched .Most times they unleash act of terror on innocent citizens and get away with apparent impunity...Their weaponry marvel me and the question I always ask is ''Who are those making it possible for these terrorists to smuggle in these new modern weaponry unimpeded?''.It is crystal clear that we are facing a religion battle disguised as a political tussle..I heard most of these regions under siege are christain dominated...If the chief of defence can evacuate his family prior to the attack,then it clearly sends a message that even a new born baby can understand...
