windows updates here is a big problem. D last updates I did on my 500gb it crash d hardisk and am unable to format it..

what is the model number of the laptop, for example toshiba p300-20h. where did you get thebluetooth drivers from, i.e. google or laptop
manufacturer website. Also make sure that the phone bluetooth is on and set to discover or find this phone. if all fails , download
teamviewer free version, I'd remote control the laptop fro you. Your internet connection must be on and good signal to ccarry out teh diagnostics

Open the internet and look for tools, internet options , advanced just play around until you see reset. Please read the instructions carefully.

Is your machine xp or windows 7. When does it start, we could turn the clock backwards.do u have Norton?is your windows genuine, your can check this by stat, computer and system properties

1. the problem u av wit does programs is compatibility problem. And maybe bit problem also like trying to install 32bit software on 64bit it won't work.
So u need to answer dis question b4 we can provide any soln.
Check if u are runing a 32bit system or 64bit.
2. About upgrading, in nigeria no easy oo because of our network. Unless u are going to get d upgrade software.

If we av to digonise this. It a long process.
If u are ready no problem or get external bluetooth it not cost

d 1 am using don't use key, it use patch. It only d 2013 I av dat use key and even patch.

its a windows 8 manchine. ... and yes i have norton (expired though) and my,windows is,also genuine....

Dear Users,

When asking for support, please mention the laptop make and model number. For example,
Toshiba P300-20H, Windows Vista/Windows 7/Linux/XP. If a dual or triple boot, please specify.
Also try spelling battery and not bat3. These are what I look for. I ignore post sometime if I am
having to waste my time to translate bat3 into battery, because cuz so on and so fourth. Be specific and
go straight to the point


Some would agree that the probability of replies depends on the above.
