the most painful thing here is that depending on the root cause of the OPs ascites it is totally treatable except if its origin is cancerous. but if its liver related the excess fluid build up in his stomach can be drained and a permanent tube inserted into him that would reroute blood from away from his liver while diuretics are used in treating him and hoping d liver responds to treatment. in the worse case scenario a liver transplant would be recommended and carried out. this alone shows that the OP needs a whole lot more than even 500k. the way I see it he may be needing as much as 2 to 3m if not more. please lets keep giving while he is followed up on till he gets back on his own 2 feet.

And to those who have contributed from the heart, thanks a lot. My advice to those who say how much they contributed is that they should try and reconsider their position. Physically is not advisable and spiritually, it is not enriching. I believe that posting how much we sent may discourage new contributors who may say that the young man has gotten enough. But from the pixs I saw and from what am feeling here, one million naira (1 million naira) may not even be enough for this man. Even after paying his hospital billz, he needs rehabiliation.
