nothing is going on, bro.the long outstanding item is different from the phone. I still went ahead using circuit Atlantic because I had no alternative.
Thank God I have one now. I was thanking God that my last order,which was a phone did not get missing, otherwise I would have been hearing this insurance song for something that was entirely your fault.

The point is,you should realise that customer is king .you don't treat them like trash.keep your own side of a bargain otherwise you will loose them to your competitors.

Why I ask so is because you may want to take legal actions against the company. But remember one thing you option to use their services, and you read their terms and conditions. From what irohadis posted you where not adding insurance for more than 5 shipment but nothing went missing. Talk to your lawyer about what you are doing spoiling the company image on social network. The company will use it against you in the court of law. My best advise is either you take the offer or take down all your post and go to court.

Twinskennys package and mine were claimed to have been shipped to the wrong country, and we got the same email saying packages have been re routed to Nigeria only for me to get mine and he didn't get his. Also they sent an email were they sacked the guy running the warehouse for stealing so with all this its clear his package was stolen in Lagos.

@cne010 is not everybody that comments in this section that is shippyme staffs. If you want to see my bookings I can upload it for you. I am collecting my items on Monday that will be my 26th packages this year. If you have any personal beef with the company it is left for you to speak rather than tanish the company image, you were one of their customer . I was using mikky before he lost my items but I didn't complain because I knew the risks involve . But today mikky still have customer even if he is proud. Apart from twinskenny and the other guy from is batch I don't think there are any body having such problem. My advise to importer always add insurance in any business you do. Even usps law mandate any parcel valued more than 70 dollars it is compulsory you put insurance, I would love if shippyme will shift ground and twinskenny will shift too.

You are aware, as all our customers are, that the suspect responsible for these acts has not only been dismissed but has been apprehended and is facing trial. Those who have been affected by the acts of that staff are being offered compensation regardless of insurance due to the circumstances. Insuring your items is still the safest way to ship no matter the courier.

For me it's now clear that Circuitatlantic is a fraudulent company and incompetent ones at that. I will never do business with them again after my current one and will advise anyone to think twice before dealing with them. There are better and more reliable companies that offer similar services.

Recently I ordered a pair of jeans through them and paid the total money online into their account as usual. They approved it immediately but then won't purchase the item, even though I remarked to them that it was urgent because the size I ordered was remaining only one pair and will soon be sold out. For days I called and actually begged them to either purchase my item or send me back my money so I can use a deferent company. The phone will ring and ring yet they will not answer their call (I don't understand why) when they do answer they will tell me to give them my order ID after which to they will tell me to call back in 5 mn. So they can check. When I call back the phone will ring till eternity before it's answered but then it's a deferent person and I will go through the same giving my iD number again.

Well, eventually the order was purchased after many days and a thousand phone calls and I received an email with flimsy excuses from a Bill Morrison. Now the issue again is that when I placed that order the item was $145 but by the time the order was purchased it was $131. Normally the balance should have been transferred to my account, but it wasn't and I have sent several emails to the same Morrison but he couldn't even bother to reply. Now I am being asked to pay extra 3,791 Naira before my order will be shipped.

This is a scam. Circuitatlantic is a scam sadly. I have used their services before and this is not the first time I am having issues with them. One thing is certain now though, I will never do anything with them again after I survive this one. Order ID: 1411041688

Yes you were right, I have used Circuitatlantic extensively for a long time and it pains me that this is happening.
