Rules For Nominees

-Nominees must have registered on or before 20th October 2014.

-Nominees must be aware of the contest and their nomination(s), and accept nomination(s) before proceeding to the next round.

-Nominees must be verified by judges before proceeding to the next round.

-A member can nominate himself

-Judges may NOT vote for any contestant(s)

-Judges may NOT campaign for any contestant(s)

-Judges are to be neutral at ALL times

Rules for esteemed members of the audience

-Members may NOT insult or abuse contestants.

-Members SHOULD cooperate with judges, moderators and admin at all times.

- Members who registered after 20th October are ineligible to vote

*Moreover, we, the judges, request that those who choose to nominate fellow members do so in a clear manner.
Example: “I nominate Beennkumar.” Thanks in advance!

Let's make this contest run as smoothly as it can, by strictly adhering to directives/instructions.

Verification

To be verified, nominees who are interested in participating and have publicly accepted their nominations will be contacted by the judges to submit a verification photograph.
Simply upload a picture of you holding a sign, showing your username written on it.

Be rest assured, only judges will have verification photos. It will not be shared. It will not be posted on Nairaland forum.
A list of verified nominees will be kept for future competitions to come. Verification photos will be deleted after the contest.

So folks, it’s time! Nominate yourself! Nominate a friend! Nominate that person whose profile pic heightens your fantasies!

Ladies and Gentlemen, due to the amazing and unexpected influx of verified contestants into this contest, we have decided to END NOMINIATIONS AND VERIFICATIONS TOMORROW, THURSDAY AT 4PM.

There will be two preliminary elimination rounds.
Friday 10am - 5pm (1st round)
Saturday 10am - 5pm (2nd round)

PROCEDURE
Threads would be created.

Contestants would be divided equally into groups depending on their order of verification.

A specified number of contestants (which would be communicated on the D-Day) from each thread would qualify for the elimination rounds proper.

Please note:-
Campaigning WOULD NOT be tolerated on any of these threads.
There would be a judge and moderator to man each thread – They would Be Mentioned On That Day.

All contestants should keep tabs on their email. I just sent one to ALL contestants now.
