Post utme questions are normally pooled from past jamb questions and that is an open secret.
Anybody selling or telling you that after 2 years is when they release it is just a bloody liar and scammer. Smartkid has given an important insight which is composure at the time of writing the exam. You can also relate with Dr Laz for more tips but these should be sufficient.

You will use the form to do Medical clearance at the Lulu Briggs Health Centre in school. You will be instructed on how to fill it there when the time comes

I want to know if I will have it with me nd go to ph or I will have to collect the form in ph to be filled. Buh again aint living in ph how do I do if if I go get the form to be filled there will I now have to go back to my base to the appropriate quarter again? Thanks

All the forms are online, you do not have to come down to ph to have them printed and filled. I still suggest everyone remain on hold till people can pay the school fees and print the receipt on ecampus.

Comrade is right but its as if your friend is confusing guarantors form with Refrence/Attestation letter. The Guarantors form is just one which will be filled by your Parents/Guardian while the Refrence letter is to be written by 3 organisations one of which is a religious institution as they rightly told u. All those stuff is during physical clearance sha
