Point of correction:
Mokwa is not "full of those fulani". Mokwa is a transit town. The major tribes in Mokwa are the Nupe and Yoruba. Hausa/Fulani, Tiv, Ebira and other tribes are in the minority.

Vantages:
The cost of living in Mokwa is relatively cheap compared to Lagos.
Meanwhile, this Job can be a transition Job for serious minded people that wish to start something big in the near future. The 25k per month that we stated above is the minimum. We have had people that make more than 65k in one Month here. Where you dont pay for accommodation and transport, making 40k - 70k every month is something. If you are able to save 40k/month regularly, in 10 months you will have 600k and that can form part of the capital that you are looking for to start something.
