Well, a quick fix would be taking an antacid (this one would be useful), but ultimately, you may need to see your doctor....for complete evaluation. Preferably a gastroenterologist....that is a consultant who specializes in intestinal problems.

If you have been having this for some time...you may need an endoscopy.

And avoid peppery foods, oily foods for now.

It is available in some pharmacies here....but if you cannot find it., any antacid works just fine.

I am a doctor BTW....so I have treated people with ulcers on outpatient basis....but I am not a specialist gastroenterologist.

Look for a product that has borage oil inside like omega plus. That heart burn will be a thing of the past.

My friend take 1 spoon of olive oil morning and nite for two days, then reduce to one at nite only until problem solved.

Antacid are good but not as good as my remedy.

seems u have suffered or u know someone suffering from it. Hw long will it take to stop even with treatment? becus dis thing worries me every day and night

heart burn is not necessarily from the heart. It is also called reflux. It occurs when the contents of the stomach back up into the oesophagus, causing a burning sensation behind the bre*ast bone. Omega plus with supercider will stop this irritation in less than a week. It is not a drug but a supplement. Put urself on a healthy diet and eat more of fruits. Avoid alchohol intake too.
