Yes, I was able to find solution. The admissions office simply instructed I affix my passport photograph on the affected portion on my screening form to cover the wrong image. Simply do same and you'd be attended to. Or better still, cut down your passport photograph to a smaller size, affix on the screening form and make coloured photocopy of it. By so doing, the officers won't even have to start asking you questions about the stuff.

Pls I dnt knw if anyone is having problem with printing out payment advice because I was screened lastweek monday and we were told to printout d payment advice 24hrs. After screening, till dis time I av not been able to print it out, all I was able to download is the heading I.e name , dept and d likes, pls any one with same problem and can I pay without the payment advice

Lag moblie AKA mobile service dues, and insurance fee payment are mandatory. D mob. Service dues is used as a means of communication with students from the dean of student affairs. Its #500, go to the DSA's office to find owt d new venue of payment.. Insurance is just lyk a guarantee of compensation for a specified loss, illness, damage etc. (go to access bank, deposit #350 to d accnt name 'wapic insurance' u'll c d accnt nmbr on d notice board)

ofcos u can pay without it, i paid without it. Go to UBA or first bank in d skool, trust me. Wema, gtbank nd eco wd request for d pay advice.

official cut off for jamb z 200 but a higher mark z needed to b comfortable...cut off for pume depends on ur jamb score cuz aggregate z used....this year's agg cut off was 70 but previous years have been wayyy higher than that. last year's own was 72.sumfin.....being from catchment area also helps

STEP 1: Uploading of Documents: Each candidate
should:
Login to the UNILAG Students Portal of this
website;
Fill the Biodata Form; and
Print the Screening Form
Students are expected to upload the under-listed
documents while filling the Biodata form: Birth
certificate, Letter of reference, Testimonial from
secondary school attended, Certificate of State of
Origin, JAMB Admission letter, and Previous
Degree Certificates (DE students).
STEP 2: Screening : Each candidate should submit
four (4) copies of the following documents to the
Registration Officer at the screening Centre:
1. Screening Form generated from Stage 1
2. UTME Result Slip
3. UNILAG post-UTME Result Slip
4. O’ Level Result Certificate (WAEC/NECO) OR
Statement of Result with an online version of
the result
5. Letter of reference from a reputable
clergyman/imam/lawyer/senior civil servant
6. Birth Certificate/Sworn Declaration of Age
7. Testimonial from secondary school attended
8. Certificate of State of Origin
9. JAMB Admission Letter
10. Passport photographs (12 copies)
STEP 3: Post Screening: After successful
completion of screening, candidates should
proceed for data capture and pay the obligatory
charges at any of the following banks: Access Bank
(UNILAG Branch), Ecobank, First Bank, GTBank,
UBA (UNILAG Branch), Union Bank, Wema Bank
and Zenith Bank.
STEP 4: FACULTY AND DEPARTMENTAL
R EGIST RAT ION: Candidates are requested to visit
their Faculty and Department for registration.
STEP 5: FINAL ENROLMENT: F inal enrolment is
c om pulsory for all fully registered students. This
will commence on Monday, October 20 and end on
Friday, October 31, 2014. During this stage, all
candidates are expected to submit a copy of the
following documents to the Registration Officers as
well as Department and Faculty:
Completed and duly signed Students B iodata;
Completed and duly signed Students
Information Form (SIF); and
Pay ment Acknowledgement Receipt.
PLEASE NOTE THAT:

Impersonation is a serious offence and

jamb score z divided by 8 and pume z divided by 2. the sum is the aggregate. i.e a jamb score of 200 will require a pume score of 90 to get an aggregate of70
