Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by justwise(m): 7:53am On Nov 11, 2014 |
tobey2ng: No you can't and you are just giving them more reasons to deny you a visa and to suspect your true intentions of wanting to visit the UK |

tobey2ng:When you were denied entry what were the code letter that they used? If they have taken the view that you presented false documents you might have been banned. They will not tell you unless yoy ask. |

teegirl2810: If he is doing masters or PhD yes he can send for you and the baby, you can work part time but you will not be allowed to study full time. Applying for school through your hubby visa or as a fresh student? |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by justwise(m): 10:01am On Nov 11, 2014 |
tobey2ng: It's not about how much you have in your account, it's about how much you earn presently. 58K a month is labout £200 which is not enough for a holiday to the UK. No matter how you try to squeeze the budget you still end up spending more than 3 months of your monthly salary. |

Ok, but can I work n study at the same time? |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by justwise(m): 10:55am On Nov 11, 2014 |
teegirl2810: You can get that info from your hubby since he is here already. Working and studying will depend on the sort of job and study you are doing. Your hubby can dig deep into this and feed you with raw facts. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by worry359(m): 11:37am On Nov 11, 2014 |
tobey2ng:Because you said that in 2012 you had been refused for bank account irregularities. When you find your papers post the details here. (It might say refusal under paragraph 320(7A) which would be bad. (Take out any personal information) |

hi, please i and my two younger brothers want to go to visit the uk for my sisters (she is on student visa) convocation. i was told i and my two brothers would apply for general visitors visa. but my problem is i am the one who has the funds to sponsor the trip. what am i to do in order to have a hitch free application process and interview for the three of us |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by worry359(m): 12:54pm On Nov 11, 2014 |
mokset123:First look to your very strong proofs that you will all return home again after your trip. With three brothers traveling together, unless you can all prove ties to home it will not work. Then sort out your funds. |

Hi guyz, I just want to knw If I can apply for a Germany visiting visa from the UK. I am going to the UK for a visit as well and then go to Germany from UK. I would have applied here in Nigeria but I dont have much time again that's why I want to know if I can still apply in UK. Pls I just want to know if I can apply for Germany visit visa from UK. And if I can pls kindly tell me the procedure. Thanks. Peace. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by justwise(m): 2:09pm On Nov 11, 2014 |
Mohthayho: That is almost impossible as you are not a UK resident and do not have a strong tie to the UK, you should have done that in Nigeria where your chances are higher if you met the requirements. |

Got this email today, applied on Thursday. can someone tell me what it means Your visa has now been processed and is ready for collection. We aim to return passports to the Visa Application Centre where you lodged your application within 2 working days. Does it mean the Visa has been granted or |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by Mohthayho: 5:44pm On Nov 11, 2014 |
myteax: That is not an assurance that ur visa has been granted its until u go to the collection centre to get your percel and check ur passport b4 u can know if it was granted. It doesn't take time to get your documents. The message is just to advertise their new method of processing visa since UK embassy doesn't use VFS anymore. Thats what I think. Best of luck! |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by Mohthayho: 5:49pm On Nov 11, 2014 |
justwise: Thanks for your response, but what if I have someone who has a residence permit can the person stand for me. And if the person can stand for me what are the procedures and what are my chances of getting the visa in UK. Thanks. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by justwise(m): 5:53pm On Nov 11, 2014 |
myteax: Yes. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by justwise(m): 5:54pm On Nov 11, 2014 |
Mohthayho: It will not make any difference because you are still the one traveling. |
