Chief, it is simple we never used ingwe because we never had any and Seleka never used tanks as in the case with BH. Our forces never deployed with the weapon and beside the French would have never allowed missiles to enter in CAR. We had to convince the French in all possible way by our armaments that we never came for war in CAR but to train their national defence.

The decision to evacuate CAR was parliamentary.SANDF was waiting for reinforcement and Fighter jets and Rooivalks were on the neighbouring countries to give our forces an aerial support.The parliament however decided otherwise against the president (CIC) wishes that an offensive was not an option since they will not have enough support for their motive.Their stance was that the international community will merely perceive an offensive against seleka as imperialistic than peacekeeping.The directives was eventually to leave the country for good.
