@chinos, i honestly think you should extend your forwarding office to china, there are several Nigerians who would like to ship form china. i for example ship goods from china and it is all messed up when you see the way the nigerian forwarders in china behave. they have no solid customer care you can talk to. express goods stay with them for weeks. they misplace your belongings etc. i have tried several forwarders both in china and usa and i think you are the best so far i have worked with. please think about this.

@All, please someone should advice me, i bought a netbook from ebay, i have paid the seller, seller has refuse to ship, and its showing expected delivery date to be 15th of november, i have emailed seller to provide tracking number, he did not reply, what should i do?open a dispute or what?

I received my very first order from LSM on Monday this week. I ordered on the 31st of October and it was ready for pickup on the 8th of November.
That's about 8 days. Yet another shipping company I ordered with since August 26th just released my order on the same November 8 which makes it roughly 2 month 13 days. I lost so much business profits because of them. For the same USA o!!
The office was easy to find, Ndidi (the Lagos guy) was very polite and helpful. My order was very well packaged.
I have no complaints, none at all.
More and more successes shall come your way.

Wait till the 15th then open a case. You may request for him to send the item or ask for a refund. Ebay will take care of the rest. Your money is secure no fear.

Good. From experience, some sellers purposely delay shipping hoping the buyer would ask for a refund especially if they feel they did not get a good deal from the sale.
