Why must the President direct the IGP to curtail vigilantee groups after they successfully dealt with Boko Haram?

Even then at school in lagos here, I always avoided my muslim Yoruba friends any time they came back from jumaat prayer.

I actually don't understand what they smoke during that prayer, you see them coming back soooo aggressive! shocked

is not as if they smook anything. Promise of of 72 virgins of course would have made u exited and aggressive if you were to be in their shoes
