Will Catlanta or Irhoadis explain why my items with number 1410132198 is being shipped in bits INSPITE of the fact that I paid for STRIPPING and CONSOLIDATION. I was mailed to pay up the additional sum before my items will be shipped.This, i did(am sure you can verify this claim) and rather than providing the services paid for,reverse is the case.

Am told by your customer service rep three(3)days ago that ONLY two of the items which combined weight is PROBABLY 1lbs, is in your Ikeja office and the rest?

Am really APPALLED by this attitude of your company. My ACCOUNT is as I write, is YET to be updated inspite of my numerous mails(i can prove this;if need be) and calls.

Pls,let whoever is in-charge of this transaction,be up and doing as I need my items delivered the SOONEST.

People DON'T just buy things and chose AIR freight because they have so much money to throw away. NO,it's because the purchased item(s) is needed the soonest possible time especially when you offer short delivery period.

Yes something really went wrong with them. I used to be very happy with them but not anymore. I am sure the business owner had good intentions and good business plan but something happened along the line and everything is going to pieces, his employees and pulling the business to the ground especially the customer service.

You do not need to send in an email or call. It is something that will be done within the next 48 hours. We'll notify you once this happens.

RUN!!!!. Shippyme is really a nightmare. WOrse, bad customer service. No response to calls, mails. Paid for my booking since monday, sent series of mails to them even concernign insurance yet no response. Expected them to ship out on wednesday since i paid earlier on monday but as am typing, my items still reads prepared for shipping. I was shocked they freshly billed me for an item that has been delivered to them on the 6th of Nov which was already charged when i paid on the 10th. Their trick is to bill more and delay my package till next week which would spell doom for them cos they've killed my business before, just trying to get back since their oga sent a mail out but all na propaganda.

I used them again thinking all would be fine, guess I better move to LSM which i see more reliable that shittyme. Their service is just outrageous and never had it good with them. I opened a thread earlier concerning this months ago. My last dealings with them was hell, package clearing customs for 3 days, had to travel from kwara to lagos, got to their office around 1:10pm, didnt get my package till 7:26pm that day.

Phone calls are being picked. We even have an additional line for both platforms now. Why not drop the booking number here, as you can see we also resolve issues here in nairaland. Someone will look into it and get back to you with a response. Most likely the items arrived late on Friday and would have been updated by now.

I bought some items for a friend and had them shipped by Shippyme. The items were all delivered to Shippyme and Shippyme shipped them out. When the package was delivered, a Blackberry Q10 phone was missing, probably stolen.
I informed Shippyme staff and subsequently, my calls were no longer picked and my mails were no longer replied.
Totally disappointed in an organisation that I had used several times in the past could treat me so shabbily.

you charged the guy that stole our items to court and he is going to pay you the full value of the missing item including damages.. yet you wont be able to refund us in full? what kind of a joker are you? who does that? the same court will rule for us.. am gathering people who items were stolen by you. you have to paid for damages and delayed delivery. i dont think you understand what u are doing. and the consequences too.

I just fully hope you undrestand what you are doing.. why are so insensitive to peoples plight? you locked up the same guy for almost 1month. yet no one has charged you yet for stealing there items

Hope you are aware I paid for outside delivery on the first order and office pick up for the second on on-going. I did that because i had planned the arrival of the items to my travelling to Lagos.Need I also remind you that I paid for stripping and consolidation on both orders.

Now you are consolidating two different orders as 1.

I just hope you guys WON'T tell me to pay additional money under the disguise of "Extra Weight" with this your combined mode.
Remember I paid over 20,000 as additional weight charge.
