I disagree dude, and to begin with it is a fact that the J-31 is a copy of the F-35 *with different engines*, which I believe the reason for copying it was because the Chinese wanted to test the performance of this design for themselves. Even though the J-31 maybe a copy of the F-35 It won't "perform just as good as the F-35" its very, very hard to maximise a design you didn't create yourself especially when there's no Technology Transfer between the two Countries, the person making the copy doesn't have access to the unique and rare components that make the original product so effect and you might not even have a full understanding of the design, its no different from people who make fake Nike shoes, the shoe may feel and look like the real thing but its not, it may come close but it won't perform as good.

What are you people even talking about undecided undecided

You claim the J-31 is a copy of the F-35, and the chinese hacked into and stole the "blue-prints" from the U.S DoD.

"A blueprint is a reproduction of a technical drawing, documenting an architecture or an engineering design, using a contact print process on light-sensitive sheets."

Now you turn around and claim, it won't work because of some fantasy rare components. Did you miss the part where the chinese stole the data from the americans?

The J-31 would perform just as good as the F-35, this is a fact. The J-31 is completely based on the F-35, there is absolutely no difference between them both.

Now, you compare the engines.

The J-31 engines are still under-development, however, let us see how they compare against the F-35, Eurofighter typhoon and the Rafale.

It uses the RD 93, not the RD 33.

Again the chinese are looking to replace the twin RD 93 engines

However, like with other advanced aircraft developments in China, the J-31/FC-31 programme is hamstrung by the need to import most of its high-performance jet engines from Russian suppliers. The country has expressed interest in a number of systems from Russia, including the Saturn/Lyulka 117S engine that powers the latest Sukhoi Su-35 as well as the PAK-FA/T-50 next-generation aircraft programme.

According to Janes.

Dude I know exactly what a BluePrint is, its a fact they tried to copy it.
You keep on saying that its completely based on the F-35 but its not a copy, which is completely contradictory.

Yes they stole data but you have to be insane to believe that the U.S would keep all their sensitive data in one Data Base, some are kept at the Factories.

And well dude your first statement was you "Wonder how the J-31 would stack up against the F-35 and Rafael"
But since no one knows the actual specs of the J-31 and its still the prototype the only way a person could answer you question was to speculate, and give our opinions based on nothing else but visual analysis, so if we say the J-31 is sh*t you can't really say we're wrong because you don't know the actual specs either

So you have proof the chinese didn't steal specs from the other points where they are stored?

#the chinese are alleged to have also hacked into lockheed martin, Boeing and other top U.S aerospace and defence companies.

You cannot claim an Aircraft that is designed using "all" the specs of the F-35 is sh1t.

No, you do not know what a blueprint is.

If the J-31 is shiit, the F-35 is also shiit.

This is the fact.

troops battle for chibok and gwoza ! ! ! !
.

.
.
it was reported that nigerian troops are currently battling boko haram insurgents in a counter-attack in the two towns of chibok and gwoza in borno state.both towns were reported captured by boko haram, though gwoza have been in the terrorists grip for over 5 months now.recently the NA has begun applying a new and dynamic strategy of using military trained and armed civilian volunteers to penetrate terrorist captured territories and confuse them with a spontaneous assault, thereby taking the terrorists unawares and paving the way for heavily armed troops to recapture the territories and protect the initial civilian volunteers sent in.this unique strategy that was developed and tested by the nigerian armed forces, has proved to be extraordinarily effective,as it was used in recapturing maiha, mubi and vimtim in mere hours.

The Chinese may have copied shapes and stolen 'blueprints' but most forget you also need to have an ability to craft your own super alloys, improve engine thrust, efficiency, torque and so much more. This is the reason why the F35 costs is spiralling out of control.

The Chinese quite alright have managed to piggyback on a successful design (which came after $billion trial and error by the Americans) but their aircraft would always play second fiddle to any design they steal.
