My recommendation : Download 3GB of anything and check if it still says u v 30GB of data.!!!

I haven't downloaded up to 3gb but so far, it's reducing normally cos I've done some downloading. It's now 300260 from 300529.
Note the expiry date also; next year.

some hours, but each time I check my balance the deduction is unusual. I downloaded some songs of about 15mb total, but the deduction is less from my mb. e b lyk sey comma dey onekind

I have the latest os, I update my software immediately I get a notification. Initially thought it was a bug in the previous os and didn't make a fuss about it, but it's still happening. Then again my BlackBerry World keeps crashing once I open it, it just shows "lost connection" and then closes....everytime.

in the app manager, did you "allow apps from other sources to be installed" when you updated your phone?? check

1. u hv to check ur data cap if is still on
2. ur network most time d BlackBerry World dnt open on Edge it will crash
3. u hv to use a WiFi n update jst ur BlackBerry world
4. run a leak os of 10.3 if u cn, dt is my best bet

all you need is a good wife signal to download the update with your phone, if you want to use a laptop in doing it then you have to download "blackberry link" and do it from there. It can sync and backup and restore your files. If you do the official update then u shouldn't be scared of your files missing
