I could remenber the camp director announcing that those that failed to collect their fund will ve to go to ibadan to collect it. I was lucky to get mine just at the last day and headed to my ppa in ogbomoso. If you doubt my story ask 2012 batch a corpers posted to oyo state. It was a landmark case
