Note..Give reason for your ranking..responses will be appreciated |
Re: Jobs/vacancies Section Chatroom by Jamean(f): 2:08pm On Nov 18, 2014 |
IMO... Training New experience Salary Job security Job satisfaction Promotion ...i'll explain later. **Modified* I'll speak from the view point of a fresh, inexperienced graduate, who I am. Foremostly, I'll need a level of training on & off the job (because the theoretical jargons we are taught at University is not sufficient). These training is the bedrock of my work experience. As I work and train more, my experience builds up. I'll consider salary next; a work man is worthy of his wages. My average salary should be able to cater for tfare, lunch, savings + a little clothing & self treats. Lol! Of course, I'll add value to your organisation so I should be reasonably renumerated. Moreso, I shouldn't come to work with the fear of being laid off anytime, for reasons that is not related to my performance (please, deal with your issues). I should be confident that I'm valued and very much needed around. The previous paragraphs succintly arrayed, will result in my own personal job satisfaction. Iced with work/life balance, and working with a wonderful team (very helpful). If I'm satisfied with my job, secured, well paid, experienced and keep improving. Then, my performance at my job should be at par, which is key for promotion. NB: For promotion doesn't come from th east, nor west or the south. Psalm 75:6. The grace of God cannot be over-emphasized. **takes a bow** Layiwoo: 4 Likes 3 Shares |

I personally believe job satisfaction should be No. 1 Somehow, job satisfaction captures the other 5. The other 5 can chill as Jamean ranked them |

Layiwoo: The scenario question should be for an experienced position. For me it will be New experience, then training, then promotion till I resign. |
