Hey guys.. I have dis problm wit my laptop i'll try nd describe it so u cn understnd.
My laptop's battery doesn't wrk anymore it naw needs light b4 it works, am suspectin dat dere is a fault wit d battery. And also d spring lock behind it.. U knw d 2 ends of a laptop's battery gets attached to 2 locks.. One of dem is movin freely.. Its lyk d spring has broken or sumtin.. I dont knw waht 2 lose or how i will repair it.
Second all the keyboard has stopped wrkin.. Pls help?. Or if u knw anybdy dat will do it 4 me cheaply.. Tel me.. Am @ Nnewi N.. Thnks

After I finish installing mtn f@stlink on my pc(windows 8.0 ), I noticed that each time I plug in my modem and its connected, Immediately am about to open a browser then this statement keep popping up;
"Your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we will restart for you." Its blue in color.
It started since saturday and I have waited for it to restart itself but to no avail. I have switched it off, removed d battery and den it started to work again .
But note: I still can't browse with my pc cos the same stuff keeps popping up each time I try to connect.
I will be grateful if this issue can be resolved. God bless you.

hi, the modem driver is probably not compatible with the windows 8 OS, the blue screen appears anytime an incompatible driver is being installed. Try uninstalling it then reinstall d mtn fastlink in windows 7 compatible mode.

These are my recommendations.

.Ensure that your Mtn is compatible with windows 8

. Have you saw this error message before ?

. If not, restore your computer using system restore.

Google system restore and follow the instructions.

Select a date before the problem started and restore it to
an earlier time. If you are still receiving the same error message,
restart the computer and keep pressing f8 until you see advance option then
select disable automatic restart on system failure.

It would restart so write down the error message and give it to us.
