Because you effectively tried to bypass all the incidents that happened which has led to the package accumulating all these demurrage..... At the time I made the purchase and sent to your address, i wanted to purchase other stuffs along with those and that was the reason why i chose consolidation.... When the package showed delivered, i started calling and writing you numerous emails just to get confirmation that you have received my parcel..... you and your customer service declined to respond to me for months.... since i did not hear from you, i could not purchase anything more... then from no where, you guys started talking of demurrage and gave me a fucging hat as compensation..... The package was bought from ebay on the 13th of February and delivered to you 2 days later... To say "I regret dealing with shippyme".... is to utter the nicest compliment i have for your SHIPPYME services.... To be frank, i never had any problems when i was just using your other service... circuitatlantic.... infact, i regret not using your pay for me.... i just wanted to test my hand with shippyme and it was burned beyond recognition.... Ah.... i feel so pained... the tablets were for my children and after all the hope i gave them showing them the pictures and all..... shippyme made me feel like a BIG fool to my children... and now you people want me to pay extra for your own inefficiency..........Did I wrong you by dealing with you?? Shippyme I bought some items for a friend and had them shipped by Shippyme. The items were all delivered to Shippyme and Shippyme shipped them out. When the package was delivered, a Blackberry Q10 phone was missing, probably stolen. I informed Shippyme staff and subsequently, my calls were no longer picked and my mails were no longer replied. Totally disappointed in an organisation that I had used several times in the past could treat me so shabbily. Thank you Metamba above is the complain from another customer... now look at shippyme logic..... you charged the guy that stole our items to court and he is going to pay you the full value of the missing item including damages.. yet you wont be able to refund us in full? what kind of a joker are you? who does that? the same court will rule for us.. am gathering people who items were stolen by you. you have to paid for damages and delayed delivery. i dont think you understand what u are doing. and the consequences too. I just fully hope you undrestand what you are doing.. why are so insensitive to peoples plight? you locked up the same guy for almost 1month. yet no one has charged you yet for stealing there items and you cant even come to term with your loyal customers? you think you can come to the backyard and bribe everyone with money and employement letter like you did to ewuajale? no my friend. there are some people out there who can not be bought!!! i am one of them. i will follow this through and through. be prepared!!! Although I have had a good experience with shippyme, I am now beginning to doubt their efficiency because my colleague whom I recommended to them is not currently enjoying good customer service. After 2 mails and 3 phone calls to shippyme to merge booking S1410301505 (1 item) with S1411035670 so that they can be shipped and billed together, all they give is promises to do same but up till now after like one week of the delivery of the items, nothing has been done. You therefore have to watchout as shippyme has poor customer service; Reasons: 1. They hardly attend to emails. Note, the present issue I am referring to has not been resolve after two (2) mails on the subject matter on November 5,12. I also sent an email on this issue on a seperate date but no update yet. 2. When you call shippyme, they promise to resolve your issue but you have to call several times probably before the issue is resolved. I have made three phone calls on the said issue but it has not been resolved 3. When you call the USA office, the phone continues to ring until you get a voicemail prompt. When you try to record a message, what you hear is mailbox full so that no message can be recorded. |

My problem with Nigerian companies is poor customer service. I can accept it if organisations make little mistakes, but I detest poor customer service. Also waiting for update on my account on S1411064241 after payment had been made like 3 days ago. The response from shippyme's customer service is that Financial officer is handling; no confirmation yet on receipt of money or update on account. Really baffled about how long it will take to verify payment to an organisation's account that is efficient. |
